SAT Scores are optional
This university has a test-optional policy.
Alamo Colleges District upholds an open‑door admissions policy: applicants with a high school diploma or GED are admitted without SAT, ACT, or GPA requirements. Degree‑seeking students must complete the Texas Success Initiative (TSI) assessment for placement unless exempt by qualifying SAT/ACT scores, college coursework, or other state‑defined waivers. SAT or ACT scores (valid three to five years) may be submitted to exempt parts of the TSI but are never required for admission. International applicants follow the same open‑admissions model and must demonstrate English proficiency separately.
Note: Some programs or scholarships may still recommend or require SAT scores. Always verify the latest admission criteria on the official university website.
