Blinn practices open admissions for Texas residents holding a high school diploma or GED; ACT/SAT scores are not required for admission but may be submitted to satisfy TSI exemptions and inform course placement. Students may also use TSIA, GED, HiSET, or STAAR scores for placement; test scores are used solely for placement/exemption and do not affect admission decisions.
