What is mindfulness and how can students practice it?
Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present and engaged in the moment, aware of your thoughts and feelings without distraction or judgment. For students, it involves paying attention to the learning process, recognizing distractions, and approaching challenges with a calm and focused mind. Students can practice mindfulness through techniques like mindful breathing, body scan meditation, and the five senses exercise.
