For applicants with a US High School Diploma, EPFL offers two main pathways. The first requires specific AP exam results (including Calculus BC, Chemistry, and Physics C with scores of 5). The second pathway allows admission based on very high standardized test scores: a minimum SAT score of 1490 (with at least 780 in Math) or an ACT Composite score of 34 (with at least 33 in Math). Therefore, the SAT is an optional but direct route for admission.
