SAT University Admissions Guide
Also known as: UAEU, Jami'at Al-Imarat Al-Arabiya Al-Muttahida

Established in 1976 by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, UAEU is the flagship university of the UAE. It is a research-intensive institution with a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs across nine colleges. The university is dedicated to contributing to the nation's development and has a modern, state-of-the-art campus.

Admission to UAEU is based on a student's high school curriculum and standardized test scores. While the national EmSAT is a primary requirement for students from the UAE's Ministry of Education curriculum, the university accepts the SAT as an alternative for students from international or US-based high school systems. A qualifying SAT score can be used to meet the mathematics and English proficiency requirements.
