RCBC maintains an open enrollment policy for first-time and transfer students: applicants with a high school diploma or GED are admitted unconditionally without requiring SAT or ACT scores. Submitted scores may be used for course placement and to satisfy any prerequisites, but are not considered for admission decisions. Specialized programs, such as the nursing AAS, have separate testing requirements including the ATI TEAS exam, while honors and selective pathways may specify minimum scores or criteria.
