Qatar University requires most undergraduate applicants to demonstrate competency in mathematics, for which the SAT is an accepted measure. Applicants must submit scores from the SAT, ACT, or the university's own math placement test (QU-Placer). While a standardized test is mandatory, the choice of which test to submit makes the SAT an optional pathway to fulfilling this requirement.
