Douglas Powe Jr., PhD. As a graduate theological institution, Phillips Theological Seminary does not consider SAT or ACT scores for admission; applicants are required to submit official undergraduate transcripts, a minimum GPA (2.7 for special students, 3.0 or higher for degree programs), essays, references, and, where applicable, denominational endorsements.
