Established in 1971 by Dr. Herbert Carter to serve the Pentecostal Free Will Baptist denomination, Heritage Bible College is accredited by the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS) and offers associate, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees in Biblical Studies, Pastoral Ministry, Christian Counseling, Worship Arts, and Christian Leadership. Since transitioning to a fully online model in 2018, the college emphasizes flexible learning, personal mentorship through its Populi LMS, and virtual community through chapel services and prayer meetings. HBC serves adult learners worldwide and maintains small cohorts to foster student–faculty engagement.
