SAT Scores are optional
This university has a test-optional policy.
GCSC practices open-access admissions requiring only a high school diploma or equivalent; SAT or ACT scores are optional and accepted solely for placement purposes, exempting students from the Florida Postsecondary Education Readiness Test (PERT) if they meet or exceed state‑mandated minimum scores. Official SAT/ACT scores valid for two years must be sent to the Testing Department, with exemptions granted based on score thresholds. International applicants follow the same placement guidelines and must satisfy English proficiency and placement requirements.
Note: Some programs or scholarships may still recommend or require SAT scores. Always verify the latest admission criteria on the official university website.
