Founded in 1939 as Endicott Junior College for women by Eleanor Tupper and George Bierkoe, Endicott College transitioned to a four-year institution in 1988 and became coeducational in 1994. The college enrolls over 4,000 undergraduate and graduate students and hosts a 12:1 student-to-faculty ratio, emphasizing personalized education. Undergraduates are required to complete three internships, including semester-long professional experiences, before graduation.
