Established in 1960 as Brevard Junior College, EFSC has grown into a comprehensive institution offering nearly 100 certificate, associate, and select bachelor’s degree programs. The college enrolls over 13,000 undergraduates (fall 2022) across its Cocoa, Melbourne, Palm Bay, and Titusville campuses, plus a virtual campus. EFSC is accredited by SACS and renowned for its “DirectConnect” transfer partnerships with UCF and Florida Tech, guaranteeing admission and credit transfer for qualified graduates. It also houses unique facilities like the Astronaut Memorial Planetarium, and supports athletics as the Titans in NJCAA Region 8’s Southern Conference.
