Established on September 25, 1967, COD serves over 20,000 students across its main Glen Ellyn campus and satellite centers in Addison, Carol Stream, Naperville, and Westmont . COD competes in NJCAA athletics as the Chaparrals and is known for unique programs such as meteorology storm‑chasing courses and a state‑of‑the‑art Culinary and Hospitality Center.
