SAT University Admissions Guide

Public school in Istanbul, Istanbul Province, Turkey
Established in 1863 as Robert College, it was the first American higher education institution founded outside the United States. In 1971, it was fully transferred to the Republic of Turkey as Boğaziçi University. The university maintains English as its language of instruction and is highly regarded for its programs in social sciences, humanities, engineering, and natural sciences, fostering a culture of critical thinking and democratic values.

Boğaziçi University accepts international students based on results from internationally recognized exams. The SAT is a key accepted test, requiring a minimum total score of 1300. For engineering applicants, the Math score must be at least 740, while for other programs, it must be at least 680. The SAT is an alternative to other qualifications like the ACT or GCE A-Levels.
